So Your Dental Website Stinks – Now What?
It’s been a long and unfruitful relationship, but it’s just not working out and the time has come to say goodbye to your old, clunky, non-performing dental website. That conclusion may have been easily drawn, but making sure that your marketing dollars are well spent to fix this can seem like a daunting task.

Too many dentists think that just by building a website, new & qualified patients will flow into their office, like water out of the hose when you turn on the spicket. - First, for a prospective patient to even find your website, you have to be seen where they are searching! Remember, these prospective patients are searching for a dentist, they don’t already know your website address! You have to be at the Top for the keywords THEY are searching for.
- Once a prospect is on your website, they need to be pre-qualified, so they are a good fit for your services (skip this step and your schedule will explode with unqualified leads that never move forward with case acceptance).
- …and then your prospects must be compelled to call and schedule a consultation (do you just want “hits and clicks” on your website, or do you want phone calls, new patients, and big cases to treat?)
- You must follow-up and keep in touch with your prospects until they are ready to buy (otherwise you’re missing 50% of your case acceptance).
- And THEN they turn into paying patients!
